Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. In the wake of quitting her childhood career in gymnastics, Ariel began competing at fitness shows aged 16. In 2017, she was just 17 when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. Ariel Khadr started her fitness show career when she was just 16 after she quit gymnastics. She was awarded her Professional Card just one year later, at the age of 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now one of the most youthful IFBB Pro. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from performing after earning her professional card in order to further her studies. In 2015, she returned to the stage and continued from the point where she had left participating in some of the most prestigious contests like that of the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued for a number of years after her first show, setting more ambitious goals for herself each year. At the end 2009 she won several fitness awards. In 2009, she became the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was also one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). After earning her Pro Card Ariel took a six-year break from competitive sports to finish her college degree. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB took place at the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. In the show, she finished in third place. The summer of 2016 saw her won her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she qualified for Fitness Olympia. After three months she was on the Olympia stage and took home the 6th position in the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled of her 6th position in the Fitness Division even though she being completely unprepared. Considering she was battling against best of the best. Ariel has seen her body improve every year. Ariel loves to work out her back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent-over rows, single-arm lat pull-downs, with a machine. and seated rows. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving onto the work outs. Ariel utilizes her time effectively. Her back exercise routine comprises three or more supersets comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
